This event is scheduled for BOTH Friday and Saturday. Please plan to setup both days.

Arts/Crafts spots are 14 x 14 and will be assigned along the walking track. Tables and tents are NOT provided. All spots are first come/ first serve unless you prepay and request a certain spot. All spots will be confirmed/assigned when you check-in for the event.

Food Trucks/Vendors: Space is VERY limited. These spots are also based on first come/first serve and variety offered so that space can be efficiently used. Prepayment is the only way to confirm a spot. Pilot Club reserves the right to refund payments if there are too many of the same type of food vendor. In that case, the first that paid will be given the spot.  If the concert series is scheduled, stage placement and electricity availability will determine location of vendor assignments.

Pilot Club may also refuse/refund payments from vendors if there are multiple registrants for the same product/food selection, prior issues with payment and/or product(s), services, food quality, complaints, etc.

**NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND**
