Yesterday afternoon, the Okolona Area Chamber of Commerce/Main Street office received a special visit from two of Okolona High School’s own—Ethan Newsome and Jerimiah Carouthers! While on their Thanksgiving break, Ethan and Jerimiah stopped by to say, “Hey!” and catch up with our staff, bringing a burst of youthful energy to Main Street.
It’s always a pleasure to see our local students getting involved and staying connected with the community. Their visit is a great reminder of the strong ties between Okolona’s young people and the businesses and organizations that make our town thrive.
We wish all our OHS students a happy and restful Thanksgiving break. Don’t forget—our doors are always open to you. Drop by anytime to say hello, share your ideas, or just connect with your neighbors!
Stay tuned for more updates on Main Street, and enjoy the holiday season!
